We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Encontro no Rio. From the moment we arrived, the owners, David, Daniela and the kids welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of their family. Their warmth and kindness truly made the experience special. The farmhouse was a gem! The stunning view of the river took our breath away every single day. The pool was an excellent addition, and we spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and splashing around in the water. The animals on the property were an absolute delight. It was heartwarming to see how well they were cared for and how friendly they were with all the guests. The highlight of our stay was definitely the horseback ride with "Cavalos no Rio Mondego." Exploring the beautiful surroundings on horseback was an unforgettable experience. The horses were well-trained, and the guides were knowledgeable, ensuring we had a safe and thrilling ride.
