The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and we enjoyed complete silence at night. Great amenities - the mini bar was complementary and always full and we got a new watter bottle everyday. They also changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfest has all the essentials you need and they always ask if you want an omelette or fried eggs that are not on display. Also, the bar was a very nice surprise - order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

I was really super satisfied with this choice.highly advisable . Thanks to everyone working there they made the whole stay special . I loved also that they wrote a note welcoming me on arrival. moreover the light in the bathroom is perfect for makeup. they took care of every small detail. I would definitely come back whenever I will visit Lisbon

Top top top service and kindness from entering the lobby to leaving the hotel. Left our luggage at the hotel, did a tour around Lisbon and returned with an invitation to have a last coffee and snack before leaving. The hotel is very central and in walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Το Grape Harbor βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή τοποθεσία στην παλιά πόλη της Λισαβόνας, σε απόσταση μόλις 500μ. από την πλατεία Rossio. Everything was perfect: location, apartment, full fridge, bottle of wine, breakfast! It was a rainy day and staff helped us with the parking I asked for more bread in the morning ( you are supposed to ask for it by 5 pm the day before, but I miscalculated), and they brought it in ten minutes

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. Beautiful rooms! Clean. They gave us a free upgrade and a beautiful bottle of rose to welcome us! (: Staff were super helpful with boooking tours and trips around Lisbon too. Speak fluent English. responsive over email too.

To be honest the cleaning room should more careful and clean it much better.We miss a lot thing they don’t refilled.otherwise everything was great your staff front desk is really helpful and professional. Definitely felt like a home away from home, which explains why it's in the name. The location is very central, with just a few minutes from the water, shopping and restaurants, and great vistas of the city. The property looks, feels, and smells very nice. The staff are very professional and helpful, and organize many activities such as delicious dinners making it easy to meet other guests as well as discover the city. The bar is excellent also.
