Coffee & tea was available 24/7. The staff were exceptionally helpful & especially when it came to advice about local restaurants & tourist activities! All in all it was awesome - it ticked every box!

The staff are so friendly especially Victor and Carolina who were very helpful with places to eat, drink and see. The free coffee and cake was a great added touch and was nice to come back to the hotel at night and have a nice glass of port on the balcony which is also on the house.

The property is around 500 metres from Dona Maria II National Theatre, 1.5 km from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and 6.9 km from Jeronimos Monastery. Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. Staff was great. Room was ready early. Room was on 5th floor with a balcony. Balcony was a full on bonus. For me it was well worth the extra cost.

The breakfast had lots of options, sweet and savoury. It was excellent value for money too. We really enjoyed the location on the square. It was central and lots to see within walking distance. We also liked that there was a full restaurant in the hotel. We dined there twice.

Breakfast arrangement was excellent, location was great, staff was very helpful, room was clean and cozy.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, it just 200 metres from Rossio Square a short walk from the iconic Santa Justa Lift. Perfect hotel in the center of the city, everything was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast and slightly later check in were a nice addition.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. great location, amazing staff, I would definitely choose it again when I'm back in Lisbon. Highly recommend
