The room was clean, comfortable and filled with amenities. The location was across the street from a lookout site over the bay and a 10-15 minute walk in several directions will take you to a main tourist attraction. They made dinner reservations for me at a wonderful restaurant my first night there. They stored my luggage the day of checkout and arranged for transportation I to the airport. The staff were always cheerful and helpful.

The hotel was not big that is a plus was feeling cosy and calm. The breakfast was excellent. I like that hotel had living room with snacks. So you can always drink tea and read and take a good rest. Everything was clean and tidy.

Wij sliepen op de 4e etage en hebben totaal geen last gehad van de drukke/ gezellige winkelstraat. De hele stad op loopafstand te bereiken. Het ontbijt was ook prima met voldoende keuze.

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. The staff were warm and helpful, very accommodating. The room was exactly what I needed and there were thoughtful details. The location was ideal, downtown and walking distance to all central locations. Road is currently being trialled for a pedestrian area so if you’ve large bags you would have to walk 5 mins on foot with them to reach the hotel.

Het Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is een uniek 5-sterrenhotel aan de oevers van de rivier de Taag, in een historisch gebouw in de iconische wijk Alfama in Lissabon. As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!
