It is always clean, the staff are social and understanding, they had local tours for small groups (a different event every day) and the location is great (very close to Hadrian’s gate).

We had a little inconvenience at check-in, but Kadriye, the manager, resolved it in a professional manner the very next day. We got more than the inconvenience caused. She compensated us in such a way that everything turned into a positive experience. She had a real professional attitude. About the hotel: a perfect choice. A selection of food suitable for the all-inclusive program at the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, especially the fresh salads and vegetables and the special Turkish sweets, such as baklava. The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel.The cleanliness is spotless, the staff is nice. The beach is not close, but the bus transfer is well organized. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice, I recommend it.

I am not a big fan of all inclusive but this resort has definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was superb in all restaurants visited, hotel grounds are huge and perfectly maintained. Activities, shows, animations and spa were top notch. A special mention to the kids club which in my opinion deserves a special mention. Kids got attached to the animators particularly Maria who also joined them for horse riding activity, all other staff were lovely with them, premises are highly maintained. I think it's one of the best kids club ever visited. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and i also had a good view. There's always something going on at the resort. Overall this hotel deserves full marks.
