All good. The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

Congratulations to the management for the impeccable service the entire staff is providing at every contact point with their guests. Hats down for what they have accomplished. I am a very demanding customer and i don't give out praise lightly, but the people at Ocean bay fully deserve it. I can just recommend it if you want to relax and get away from the daily stress.

The resort is located literally on the beach, the bungalows have wonderful view of the seashore and the place is so tranquil. The place is very close to the jungle, we were visited by some lizards on the bathroom wall but no harm was done, they were big but peaceful 😂 The staff is amazing, very kind and always available for help. Breakfast is great, big variety of food both traditional and international. The food at the restaurant is very good, with tables directly on the beach. Super recommended!

I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning, and it was amazing watching shows and the fireworks from the comfort of this apartment. The building and all the furnishings in the apartment are of the highest quality. Views only got better from the rooftop pool…. Amazing!
