I stayed for 4 nights. It was right in the middle of town near all the amenities. Clean room. Quiet location. I did online work each night I was there and the WiFi speed was excellent. About 80 MB/sec.

Excellent guesthouse with outstanding service! Dang, the manager, takes wonderful care of his guests, offering valuable advice on activities and great local recommendations. Our arrival at 4:30 am instead of the planned 8 am (due to the bus) was seamlessly handled by Dang. Despite initially intending to wait in the guesthouse's entrance until 8-9 am, Dang insisted we take a room for some much-needed rest. The following day, when we expressed our intention to compensate for the accommodation, he graciously declined our offer, further highlighting his exceptional hospitality. Furthermore, we were fortunate to be upgraded from a lovely double room to a one-bedroom apartment. The premises are clean and well-maintained, and the spacious pool is often pleasantly quiet with respectful guests. The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, several restaurants, a fruit market, and a supermarket. A 5-minute walk east leads to a delightful sea-view restaurant with dishes starting at 50,000 dongs, featuring excellent ratatouille, curry, and avocado salad. Additionally, a 5-minute walk west brings you to 'Pineapple Mui Ne,' a charming beach bar-café-restaurant with a magnificent sunset view (no entrance fee). In summary, I highly recommend booking this guesthouse for a fantastic stay. A special thank you to Dang for his outstanding hospitality, making our early arrival seamless and adding an extra touch to our unforgettable stay.

Our stay at Red Sand was exceptional. The family running the place was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, with a terrace offering sea views and fishing boats in the distance. Breakfast was excellent — freshly cooked each morning with several options to choose from. The location is a bit outside the main town (about 15 minutes by scooter), but that makes it peaceful and relaxing. Scooters can be rented directly from the hotel, which was very convenient. Everything about this place was perfect — we would have stayed longer if we could.

Highly recommend this hostel. Our host Tuyen was very lovely! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. They even offered us fresh towels and toiletries everyday. They also booked our tour and bus tickets for us!Their cafe on the rooftop serves delicious breakfast and smoothies. Very close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Great boutique hotel that makes you feel like you live there. It’s nice you can just walk into your room. The staff are super friendly and they always try and help with anything. They also kindly cover my bike everyday from the sun :) The room cleaning is also flexible and is always just done whenever I’m not in the room. The room was super modern and I liked the outdoor bathroom concept.
