Our group of friends had an absolutely fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The location was truly amazing – it provided the perfect base for exploring the area and offered a wonderful atmosphere. What really made our experience special was the incredibly lovely hostess. She was so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness truly made us feel at home. As a bonus for animal lovers, we also really enjoyed the company of the guesthouse's dogs. They were so sweet and friendly, adding an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Mary and her family were the kindest and most welcoming hosts we could wish for. Right upon our arrival they offered us tea and refreshments and gave us various tips on what to see in the area.Their homemade dinners and breakfasts (served at a terrace with wonderful views) are huge and simply delicious, absolutely perfect after a whole day spent in the mountains around Haghpat. The room itself is very light and spacious, located in a house in the middle of a rural vegetable garden a few hundred meters from the monastery. In spite of our very poor knowledge of Russian, Mary's parents were always very friendly and open to talk with and fully accommodated all our wishes. We'll be very happy to come again if ever back in Armenia. Thank you! <3

An awesome place in the middle of the nature. You will meet an amazing host. Do not hesitate asking for breakfast: it is the best I have ever had! I totally recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

I arrived late so the family offered me to make an very tasty dinner for me. The owner also offered me to do a little hike in the morning to get a good view of Sanahin and a visit to the monastery which we had for ourselves. I really felt at home at the house and the family was very welcoming.
