This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

I decided to visit this guesthouse after reading all the lovely reviews, and honestly, it was even better than I expected! I stayed at the beginning of March 2025 while it was snowing, and from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. The hosts, Ripsime and Rasme, greeted us warmly right outside their charming home, and soon we found ourselves relaxing by a traditional fireplace، perfect for the snowy weather. Mrs. Ripsime was so sweet; she happily taught me how to make traditional Armenian dishes like Lavash bread and Armenian gateau, using fresh ingredients from her own farm. It felt just like being at my mom’s house، comfortable, friendly, and full of warmth. She even showed me the handmade dolls and blankets made from goat wool. Huge thanks to Ripsime and Rasme for such a lovely stay!

Cozy House is a recently renovated guest house in Dilijan, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

The place is just so beautiful like a fairytale scene. The staff are so friendly and the owner is especially helpful and nice. They speak good English and are welling to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the benches at the front of each cottage. It is a place for the family to sit and have a snack of chat morning and night. My son loved playing with the cat and the playground and the other kids at the stay.

One of the best guesthouses we have stayed in in our many travels! The hosts were super nice and the food they cooked for us was amazing. The room was super clean and cute. And a cute cat :-) It may seem lost in the middle of nowhere, but it is worth the detour!
