The property was very close to Armenia Railways Station/Metro Station (about 10 mins walking-straight distance) that was the primary reason, which we chose to book the property. Also, the host family was awesome, we chatted and shared drinks/food together in the evening even though we didn't speak the same language. Plus, the host let us to rest in another room while our room was being clean even though we came to check-in early.

This is a nice small boutique hotel located in quiet rural neighborhood. Hovewer location is very close to the city center and one of the modern malls. The host is exremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very kind and helpful owner, great location if you’re coming with car, private parking available. Possible to go to the city centre with bus no. 5. The room was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen and laundry available.
