This place is just amazing! The interior design, the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, showers, cosy beds and yogaroom - everything is just perfect. This place is an absolute gem. The vibe is like somewhere you might find in Morocco or southern Spain, with a few rooms that open out onto a central courtyard, all painted in a vibrant shade of yellow. The rooms have high ceilings and feel more spacious than they look in the photos, and the cleaning staff are pretty fastidious. The owner, Yann, is a terrific host – eager to chat when he serves breakfast in the morning, and ready to help with arranging transport and the like. The surrounding neighbourhood seemed a bit boring at first, but San Telmo is within easy striking distance and there's a subway station a couple of blocks away.

But the location in San Telmo is great, especially enjoyable on Sundays, and Ave.Paseo Colon, two blocks east, is convenient as it is a main bus route. Breakfast is a bit late, starting at 9am, but it is a valuable opportunity for communication for private room guests. Above all, Hosts Javier and Santo are nice guys.
