It was my best stay at the Auberge des Arts. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights over Christmas and they invited us to join them for dinner and gave me chocolate and a gift. The accommodation and bed are larger than I imagined with a delicious breakfast and included parking. If I visit Ottawa again, I plan to stay there.

Very nice, old traditional house but well renovated, including big modern bathroom. Good bed with excellent mattress. Very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Lovely house is quiet neighbourhood. Felt very safe as a lone traveller. The house is stunning and very clean and comfortable, with 2 lounges, 2 dining areas. Uber operate in this area so easy to get around and plenty of delivered food options. However, fully stocked kitchen, for those who wish to self cater.

This hotel was nice and quiet. the breakfast was very good and the room was updated and looked wonderful.The staff were very polite. We spend 4 days exploring Ottawa and the Byward Market is great to visit.The location of the hotel is also great.Close to everything.

Both the owners are very gentle and take care in the best of the way. As per location, it is the best location in Ottawa being 5 minute walk to all important places.
