However, the true essence of this establishment is embodied by Philippe, Nicolas, Darren, and Sylvain. Fantastic boutique hotel in a lovely location. We enjoyed meals in both of the restaurants - high quality food and great service so we didn’t feel the need to go further afield in the evenings.
