Everything was fine. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is just near the central fountain, very close to the castle, Giger museum and lots of restaurants to taste fondue.

The accommodation is excellent! The location is great! It's peaceful and quiet, but everything is very close. The hosts are amazing! Kind, discreet, and very welcoming. They are happy to help with anything. The breakfast is fantastic, with homemade, high-quality food. I highly recommend it!

The place was beautiful, so well made and every detail was thought of. The hosts were really kind and made us feel very comfortable. I was travelling with my family and we arrived late to the Pension. They made it easy to find, however, with lots of directions and communication. We were greeted with warmness, and showed to our well appointed, immaculate rooms, where we all slept very well., My mom says: “Exceptional service and ultra clean, with really high quality bedding.” My dad says “I would recommend to a friend, and I would go back there”.

We had 2 rooms in the attic - the view was breathtaking! - though the bathroom was infront of the room so not ensuit it was not a big deal - it was huge with a big tub and separate shower - we were the only ones on the floor. The couch got an extra super comfy and firm mattress so it was really a good night's sleep! We were 4 on 2 beds. Our cat and parking was free! The host and staff were very nice, our privacy and wishes were respected, we even had breakfast in the room which was a huge convenience given our small children and that we like to sleep in, the bread selection was very tastful, fresh every morning, eggs made fresh if asked for - we enjoyed our stay - will probably be back again!

Great location, beautiful view, clean and tidy room. As it was off-season for tourists, I was the only traveller in the hotel during my stay, but the manager was still very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well organised and delicious! The manager prepared an extra croissant for me every day after learning that I like croissants. The shower gel in my room was taken away by a previous guest and the manager replenished it with two, lent me a hairdryer and provided me with extra pillows on request. If you are planning a trip to Château-d'Oex or Montreux, I highly recommend staying at this good value hostel. I will be coming back very soon!

The hote is perfectly located, the restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff is super friendly! Our room was beautiful, we were able to get a big cot for our baby, with a sweet blanket and cushion. We will definitely come back!
