Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

The hotel owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. He shared recommendations for must-visit places in Lucerne, such as iconic landmarks and attractions. When we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up later after exploring the city, he kindly agreed. Additionally, he introduced us to Lucerne’s enchanting Christmas market, ensuring we don’t miss this festive experience. His thoughtfulness has made our stay even more enjoyable!

The family who hosted us were incredible. So kind, warm, and really made us feel at home. Their restaurant was also fantastic and we had a truly exceptional meal for an extremely reasonable price. On checkout day, they allowed us to leave our bags beyond the checkout time so we didn't have to lug them around all day while exploring the town. A fantastic experience all round!
