Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

The host was really friendly, and we had a perfect time there.

Smooth check in/out. Great location. Clean. Felt welcoming with water in the fridge on a warm day. There was coffe tea.. huge pillows😁 There is a bar under but the windows kept the noise out.

The family who hosted us were incredible. So kind, warm, and really made us feel at home. Their restaurant was also fantastic and we had a truly exceptional meal for an extremely reasonable price. On checkout day, they allowed us to leave our bags beyond the checkout time so we didn't have to lug them around all day while exploring the town. A fantastic experience all round!
