All I can say is that the host is above and beyond nice and professional. Did not get to stay in this hotel due to some overbooking issue, but the host accommodated us in a nearby hotel which was also really nice. So we were not left without a room and all was good. We carried on with a lovely and memorable vacation in Grindenwald. Thank you! I would have also liked to stay there, as the view is top, and rooms are big, but it all worked out in the end.

I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. It was a good breakfast. Bread and cheese. I am not a breakfast person so I cant say much. The staff are exceptional. I will visit again because of them. Dinner and lunch at restuarant was really good too. Nice views to wake up to.
