New, clean, with nice touches like calm music and fireplace in common area. Big courtyard. Very good breakfast with scrambled eggs. Rooms are called according Slovenian towns. I asked why - host family is half Slovenian.

Lovely hotel with stunning views across the lake. Large and very comfortable room, access to kitchen/sun deck upstairs with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of minimarts. 30 min walk along the lake into central puerto varas, and lots of local buses to centre and further afield. Jeanette was incredibly helpful and kind during my visit, sorting out my day trips and giving me recommendations for things to do. Nothing was too much trouble and it was such a nice and relaxing stay that I stayed 2 extra nights. Highly recommend!!
