We were absolutely amazed by this property, which has a spirit of the old times, large rooms with large windows, tastefully decorated with period furniture, but all very comfortable, shining and spotlessly clean. The hosts very welcoming, nice, even knew where the Czech Republic is and that it used to be part of Czechoslovakia!!! Bravo!!! The place is coveniently located for trips to Volcán Poás and beautiful La Paz Waterfull Gardens. We simply loved it.

Location was excellent, beautiful views, great staff. Close to many walks and forest areas. Bed was comfortable room was a good size, had a balcony with fireplace but the wood was damp so it didn't burn well. We had booked 3 nights left after 2 and the owner was very accommodating

I highly recommend this accommodation! We stayed here for one night before our flight home, and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host family went above and beyond – they were incredibly kind and helpful. They even offered us a ride to the airport. This play was so cute. It is well decorated. Xin and Mireya took care of all our needs. The room even had Netflix. The breakfast was large with eggs, coffee, toast, and meat. I would stay here again.
