The location is spectacular! The hotel sits in a small farming village just south of Bad Tölz. It was beautiful and quiet. Both the village and the hotel. This would be a great place to stay for a few days and explore southern Germany. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind this is not an "American Tourist" hotel. However, if you want a local feel in your stay, this is it. The hosts do speak English, but you need to try to have a few German phrases under your belt. The breakfast was amazing and German, not Americanized or English-fied. That means no baked beans nor pancakes. They had the largest "wall" of cereals and yogurt toppings I have ever seen. Yum!! Also, American tourists should know there isn't an elevator nor air conditioning. The room did have a fan and windows that opened though.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was quite spacious and light. Very quiet location despite the restaurant downstairs. Excellent food in the restaurant, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. Would go back any time.

The hotel's location is absolutely ideal - it's conveniently situated near the main station and nestled in the heart of the charming small town, making everything so much more convenient and enjoyable during my stay. To top it off, the hotel offers a delicious typical German breakfast, called Brotzeit, which was available at a very reasonable price of just 5 Euros per person per day. If you're a coffee lover, you can add a container (more than a cup) for just an additional 3 Euros. One of the things that stood out to me was the payment process - you pay after enjoying your breakfast, and the hotel accepts both cash and card payments. The only downside was that they only support the German EC Card, but overall it was a delightful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Well equipped and clean room. Good Location, not far from Munich. We have chosen this place to attend a concert in Munich. Takes only about 30Minutes to Messe. Great value for money. Private parking.
