My family had a lovely stay. A travel cot was provided. Breakfast was great. The room is a good size and the shower is excellent. Free water, tea and coffee was kindly provided in the room. The hosts are lovely.

Very original settings in an old school building. The rooms were very nice decorated. Very good beds and all was provided in the bathroom like shampoo, shower cream, body cream,... It was also very quiet at night. Close to the center with a few nice restaurants.

What I liked most about my stay was how warm-hearted and helpful the owner was. Everything was so clear, and responses to questions and help requests were quick. It’s a very beautiful and peaceful place, and very clean and hygienic!

Centrally located in the Old Town of Xanten, this luxury accommodation is situated directly next to the Siegfried Museum and within walking distance of several shops, bars and restaurants.

The location was fantastic. Parking included and a short walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was small but perfectly formed and we slept soundly in the very comfy bed.
