Clean hotel with a Vietnamese restaurant below, it’s a nice enough place. However the location is a bit out of the way - it’s in Maichingen and about a 15 minute walk from the train. Staff friendly and hotel nice but location isn’t ideal

The room vas very clean. The owner was very friendly and projected very good energy during entire stay . He also followed up with me multiple times to ensure that I arrive before 21:00 because if not he would leave mi keys so I could enter later myself. The value for money was for me extremely good as I needed to sleep and take shower only. Everything was meticulously clean.

Also in a very short walk you could find good restaurants of every taste, Italian, swabish, asian, Arabic. Two supermarkets just a 2 minute walk away. The property is part of a re-purposed elderly people’s residence. My room was for a single person, and it was very basic, but perfectly as described in the description. Therefore, it is an honest representation of what you actually get. This is not a hotel, it is a religious community. It is run by sisters from this community so do not expect hotel type accommodation. You will find this very comfortable. There is a communal kitchen near the rooms here. You can cook your food if you wish. The breakfast room is on the ground floor and is a simple breakfast but perfectly fresh and very good for the price range. If you just want a clean, safe and easy to manage stay at an economical price, this is a very good option. There is also tranquil park area in the building’s precinct. You can find a peaceful spot there and relax. Great access to transport. Take a 42 bus straight to the main train station. Really easy to get around and accommodation is in a very safe, tidy area.
