Very good value for money 100 meter from train station en city center.. location perfect.. Also helpful owner who is really kind and takes the time to explain how to walk to the city places.. I booked 1 day online and wanted to stay 2 days more and payed cash.. but the day before last I needed to go to another city.. I told him and he just give me my 50 euro back from the last night.. no questions asked.. how wonderful.. he didn't had to do that, but he did it out of him own kindness.. thank you sir! Of course I'm a bit biased now but it is really good value for money and perfect located.. it's not a luxe hotel.. but you have everything you need and most importantly for me.. it's clean!

excellent breakfast - very well-presented, great morning service by friendly staff (thank you); automatic check-in worked well on arrival the evening before. Although hotel is outside the city centre, it is only a 20minute walk via pedestrian and cycle bridge over railway lines; parking is right outside and access from A8 motorway is simple.

Monteurdomizil is set in Ulm, 1.4 km from Ulm Central Station, 3 km from Ulm Cathedral, as well as 4.5 km from Fair Ulm.

It was a double room in a flat where two other rooms were used by people working in the town. Kitchen and bathroom were common. Everything was clean and quiet, the other users went out in the morning. We stayed one night and were satisfied. We drove from the city center and had no problems with making a u-turn and parking around the corner from the hotel.

For us, a stop on the way back to Holland, 1 night. Car parked in front, warm welcome and the room was clean, comfortabel bed, very nice breakfast.
