An Idyllic Paradise in Marigot, Dominica! This is hands down one of the most spectacular places to stay in Marigot, Dominica! Perfectly situated just 15 minutes from Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM), the location offers unbeatable convenience without sacrificing tranquility. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and brimming with modern comforts—lightning-fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an irresistibly cozy bed. But what truly makes this place magical is its breathtaking natural setting. Lush tropical gardens envelop the space, and the gentle symphony of birdsong makes it feel like your own private Eden. The host is simply wonderful—one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, even offering a thoughtful airport pickup and insider tips on the best local spots. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made my trip unforgettable. Whether you’re seeking a romantic escape, a solo adventure, or a rejuvenating workation, this haven has it all. Mornings began with the soothing whisper of leaves and leisurely coffee on the patio, immersed in nature’s embrace. My only regret? Not staying longer! I’ll undoubtedly be back on my next visit to Dominica—this place is perfection

The fresh fruits from the garden outside and the hot pastries .The owners are very nice and friendly, not forgetting the wonderful coco tea.

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was served in the hotel (extra cost). Then there wasn't need to go to Marigot city (5 km away). You also meet other tourists when having dinner all over the world and you can share hints what to do and where to go. There were some local drinks (based on rum) in the bar with different flavours. The hotel took me to the airport (with extra cost though). There were some birds singing in the bushes next to the main building, where the breakfast and dinner were served. I did a hike (not trail, but road). It starts 15 mins from the hotel (close to the school), then it goes up to the mountain, then back to "the highway" (like local people say), then 15 mins back to the hotel. Staff know this route. Reserve 4 hours and a lot of water and some energy (I bought some bananas and candies). It is just 10 km, but the road goes up and down all the time. It feels like 20 km. I was pretty tired when I came back. The weather was pretty warm and humid, too.

Location was perfect. There were three restaurants within 1 minute walk that were all exceptional. Location is 20 minutes from the airport and the best beach in Dominica...Batibau. The host was extra informative and sweet. If you decide to stay close to the Capital you would have to drive 1.5hrs to get there compared to the 20minutes in Calibishe.

Ample spaces, friendly owners, well-equipped

Hermien has an amazing property. It is so beautiful and she is a vital part of the community. This is a must stay when traveling thru Dominica

We stayed at Harmony Villa 5 nights, the house itself and the garden are so beautiful. We had a rental car to explore whole of the island and from my point of view is this the best accomodation on Dominica. The central location in the forest, where is only this house is perfect. in the night you hear only the sounds of nature. The equipment and the decorations are so nice. We had also every morning a very good continental breakfast, which prepared for us the houskeeper. The house owner itself was per whatsup very nice and helpful, unfortunately in England during our stay.
