Everything was clean, I was given beach towels in addition to normal shower towels and Richard was super helpful. I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.

A mysterious place where nothing is missing. Decorated with ideas and everything necessary. A wonderful garden with a huge number of flowers. Very clean. A delicious breakfast prepared with love, a wide range of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, juices and warm bread. Beautiful rich scrambled eggs with avocado. Very nice and cheerful owners. The facility is located very close to the beach.

Very attentive staff. Receptionist answered all my questions and was very helpful and also the guys at the bar were very nice and fast with the delivery of the food which also was a big portion for a good price. The Villa was spacious and every room had air conditioner. I aleays use the BBQ here and the guts at the bar help you start the fire and provide charcoal! This has been my second stay at chalet tropical and all i can say is this is the best place to enjoy as a couple or with your family. Will surely be back again!

We felt there like in our home ☺️ Furniture is very nice and bed is very big and soo comfortable we sleeped so well. Everything was super clean, they have cleaner who cleans everyday, she is perfect. She cleans also the floor. She also washed our clothes, dried them. She even put them together like my mum ☺️ so when we came we found everything prepared on bed, it was so cute ! Also breakfast is soo good, you will eat only dinner after that ☺️ and it was very tasty - lots of local fruit also eggs and pancakes. Las Galeras is such a good place to spend vacation. I reccoment it so much! Its totally safe, quiet place which is very rare for dominican republic sometimes 😅 Even drivers drive normal so i recommend to rent a car or scooter there ! Its totally safe:) I recommend to go snorkeling in local Aquarium - we were 3 times ! Its safe and lots of corals and fishs are there, also i recommend horse riding with Dominica. I gave her number to owner of Casa Azul so you can also reach to her :) Owner is very sweet man, we talked a lot about everything and he was helpful with finding trips for us . :) We will deffinitely come back to Las Galeras and to Casa Azul. The Italian Manager is very nice, rooms are clean (and this is Not Everywhere in the DR) and the best Beach is very close. Parking is outside on the street. AirCon costs 10€ extra. We recommend 21Palms. And the Espresso is Great. Grazie!

We arrived by the local bus, and the hotel was an short, easy walk from where we were dropped off. Everything was ready when we arrived, so they showed us straight to our room. The garden and property and very pretty. The location is just a couple minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and had great advice. They were able to arrange a nice tour and transportation for the day we left.
