It is a basic and simple hotel, a bit outdated, and yet clean, comfortable and in a very good location. For the price, it is above and beyond. The room is cleaned every day and it has a tv, the walls are thick and soundproof, and there are blinds for total darkness at night. The shared bathrooms are on each floor, and they are clean and have everything you need. The hotel is very accessible on foot to Gibraltar (10 minutes walk) and to restaurants and cafes in the city center.

Conveniently located in the centre of La Linea de la Concepción, this hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The beach and the harbour are only 550 metres away.

We checked in at the bar below the hotel. Check in was easy and the host showed us to our room. He explained that it was Carnaval weekend in San Martin del Tesorillo and that the streets would be noisy. He kindly offered us an upgraded room on the 3 floor to try to minimize the noise. The room was large, very comfortable and recently renovated. I know other reviews have complained about the noise from the bar. That was not an issue for us. Recommended.
