Location excellent..on central but calm street. Felt safe & secure (building & area). Staff pleasant & efficient, no fuss whatsoever. Very clean.. & carpet-free. Wide opening windows. Cool despite heatwave (AC not used). Quiet, good sleep (rear-facing room). Wifi great. Functional & charming.

Great location close to Aljafería (a main attraction of Zaragoza). Lovely lady, she speaks 0 English and I speak like 5 words of Spanish, but we managed to understand each other sort of and she was very sweet. Gave me tips for Zaragoza and let me leave my bags for a little longer. Simple standard etc, but lovely place and clean.

Location was super convenient to spending time in the old town. The code system to enter building and room worked really well. It was very clean and when I needed assistance the response time was very quick. I would recommend this place. I appreciated the hot and cold water machine too.

First of, the girl on reception (with tattoos) was so lovely and really friendly! Generally, the room was clean and the place quiet and nice. The place is close to the old town, it is near markets, cafè bars and bus stations. Will definitely return someday because I fell in love with the city. :)
