The self contained flat ( 2 spacious rooms and a lounge with a television) was really great, comfortable, cool despite the hot weather and we slept really well. Breakfast was really lovely and varied, very fresh, pancakes were delicious! A fab extra is the pool. We liked it so much, we will back!

It was a privilege to discover such a beautifully restored historical building. The room we stayed in was huge with very comfortable beds. No TV or clutter. Welcoming hosts. Would love to stay longer next time. Ideal spot for painting or photography.

What a nice, charming, relaxing, quiet place to stay. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Fully equipped with separate kitchen. Enough parking space. Good breakfast, all in all reasonably priced. Liked it a lot and will consider it when coming through this area of France the next time!

Where do I start, this was our dream to stay in a French chateau, & it far surpassed my expectations. It is sat deep in the countryside & is so peaceful, there are some beautiful grounds & outdoor pool & inside it oozes character and charm. We stayed in an amazing large bedroom named Gothic (I think)with a great shower in the bathroom & big solid wooden furniture. It’s was perfect & we wish we had booked more than just the one night. The ground floor has a very large lounge & dining room where breakfast is served & there was no shortage of food. The host, Nicholas, is charming & we wish we had been able to thank him for his hospitality during our stay, we would both come back here without hesitation.

Audrey was the perfect hostess for our overnight stay at Chateau Segot. The chateau and gardens were superb, and the location walking distance to the welcoming small quintessential village of Neuilly-le-real was just perfect for an afternoon stroll after our long drive. Audrey's delightful dinner and local wine made the evening very relaxed and she is a wonderful cook. Breakfast was also delightful in most magnificent surroundings. The newly renovated Chateau is stunning and luxurious.
