Very nice room, very large, with a table, a sofa.and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom is lovely. There is a little fridge to put ur belongings if needed. We had a beautiful breakfast on the terrace outside and I saw a little brown squirrel, very charming place, very private an quiet.

What an extraordinary delight it was to spend a night at this unique BnB in Rott, which effortlessly marries its rich history as a wartime bunker with modern-day amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. This impressive edifice is nestled amidst splendid scenery, offering a tranquil haven that encapsulates the essence of nature’s best. One of the most noteworthy aspects of our stay was the ample outdoor space available for our leisurely use. This expanse extended our living quarters into the serene outdoors, allowing us to bask in the picturesque surroundings while enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine. The private car parking, conveniently located right next to the bunker, added to the ease of our stay. The exclusive access to the bunker augmented our experience, providing an added layer of privacy which we thoroughly appreciated. Our hosts were incredibly warm and inviting, surpassing any level of hospitality we’ve previously encountered. They exhibited a genuine eagerness to accommodate our needs, which greatly enriched our stay. The location of this BnB was the cherry on top. Positioned perfectly for our journey towards the Alps, we couldn’t have chosen a better retreat for our sojourn. All in all, our overnight stay at this extraordinary BnB was a remarkable experience that beautifully blended a sense of history, comfort, scenery, and unparalleled hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any traveler seeking a unique and unforgettable stay.

We booked the room at the last 30 minutes before check-in. So we doesn't got information about room's key on time. But we called to the owner and he explained everything. If you book the room, will you get the code for keybox and the room's number. The room is not very big but it is ok for one night. The bed was comfortable, the bath room in the room. It was standart breakfast for France hotels. But it was enough: we got coffe , tea or juse, croissants, jams, bread. Service ir yourselv.

    Beautiful house with a large garden. Great location in the centre of Wissembourg at a walking distance from everything, yet calm and peaceful. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, absolutely spotless. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and the best croissants in town. Valerie is a very friendly hostess with very good knowledge of the area, and great restaurant recommendations. Perfect for a holiday break. Highly recommended.
