Very clean and newly decorated to a high standard by the husband who was previously a wallpaper expert. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was good. The location was very good, walking distance to town and opposite the Ferry Hill hotel for good pub food and we happened to be there for a fun quiz night. The breakfast was very good and the owners very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful home and lovely part of town. Clean, quiet, and free parking. Very friendly owners provided a great breakfast and recommended nearby places to eat and visit. Great recommendation on a tourist attraction in Edinburgh, which was our next stop.

This b&b is a real find. Very clear signage outside so easily found on the street. Great parking facilities at the back. Although the interior was a little dated, the room was so well appointed with all facilities you could need. It was also exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I ended up looking at the make of the pillows,as I've been searching, unsuccessfully for ages . John the host was very friendly and thoughtful, checking that I knew my way in the local area. The breakfast facilities were also great. Can't rate it highly enough, just wish I'd known about it before.
