wow, where do I start, beautiful property, super clean & comfortable rooms and a wonderful and obliging host. We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived and throughout our stay. nothing was too much trouble, Thank you Heather and for the amazing full English breakfast. . . . and yes, the red kites were amazing too. we will define be returning.

We had a friendly welcome. The rooms were lovely, they were clean and roomy. The bathroom facilities were clean and excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this guesthouse. Amazing value for money.

Tranquil location in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive from Aberystwyth. Currently only one room for b&b with a private bathroom and living room. Beautifully decorated, clean and tidy with thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Superb hosts, attentive and provided a wonderful service.
