The location is 2 minutes from De la Warr Pavilion and beach in Bexhill. Ideal if you are going to an event, or just want a relaxing seaside break. My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.

This is the most exceptional place I've ever been! It's a preserved home from 1880, full of art and texture. It's as close as you can come to being transported back in time. I would say it's part museum, part bed and breakfast.
