Caroline and Colin really do a superb job. The full English breakfast was served in their lovely dining room overlooking their terrace and gardens. Everything was elegant and of the highest standard. Caroline could not have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location with a fantastic view of the harbour and of Instow opposite. Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with really comfortable beds and lovely additions including proper coffee and biscuits, lovely scented bathroom products, and additional snacks available for a small fee. Attached to a lovely pub with really friendly staff, and a great quiz every Sunday! Would return to stay here every time. We loved it.
