Everything very clean we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location was perfect very pleasant river walk into town and local attractions free parking an added bonus. The host was friendly and communication before during and after our stay was great Would definitely stay again and recommend

I booked and because it was very economical. I arrived and found Beautiful property and peaceful locality. Near to Colchester General hospital and A12. Parking was free. I could not stay longer as needed to go back due to personal reasons and host/staff was nice. I would recommend for someone need convenient and economical room with absolute tranquility.

Location was great, bus stop on the street and also an easy walk to the town, the property had ample parking off the street and was in a very quiet part of Colchester. The accommodation was a self contained room at the back of the house, very cozy. We were given keys to the room and front door to come and go, the breakfast room was in main house and the host put on a super breakfast!
