On arrival I was made very welcome by the owners who were there to check me in, I was given all the information on meal time and everything else for my stay, I was shown to my room, handed the key and reminded if their is anything I need just let them know. The room was great and the bed was perfect, all the amenities where in the room, I was only there for the one night for work and the location was perfect for that. Many thanks to the owners for a great stay and I will be looking at staying here again.

We only stayed here one night because we were visiting friends in the area. Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and approachable. Our room, a triple, was perfect for the three of us, and a bonus was a spacious bathroom w/ tub. We did not have breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. Wish we could have stayed one more day :)

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were brilliant, they went above and beyond for us. Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was incredible! The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and good amenities. We will be making the trip back purely to stay here again.

The staff was really friendly, helpful, very nice. The place is also really nice and the room was big, the entire place is well decorated and cosy.

Great location for the venue we were visiting very reasonable price for room and breakfast, clean towels, tea & coffee facilities in room friendly helpful staff, this was our second stay at the Lion and will definitely be rebooking for the same gig next year.
