Quality and professionalism of staff. We arrived unavoidably late but restaurant and kitchens remained open for us thereby earning our eternal gratitude for rescuing what could have been a disastrous evening. Evening meal was very good for all in our small group. Wine list interesting and young Portugese wine offered most pleasant. Accommodation and environment very good. Breakfast excellent and I would certainly recommend this establishment.
