We are senior travelers and the fact that we were on the top floor was an issue for us, however Glenn was fantastic as he assisted me in getting the cases upstairs. When I booked we were advised that if we came there would be no assistance, however he was so nice and gave me the help I needed. Glenn and his wife were incredibly friendly and I would return anytime. They gave us good advice on what to do in Hawes and we completed our stay with a wonderful breakfast. Thanks again to Glenn & Liz.

Everything! From our arrival to departure we had the most amazing time.Our room with super king-size bed overlooked the stunning dales. Lovely shower and bath. Lynne even supplied bath salts after a long walk. Clara is gorgeous and was fab to take her for a walk.Great choice at breakfast.Will definitely be back 🐕 😀

Beautiful location in the middle of the national park. Very tranquil and a lot of great walks nearby. The room was nicely decorated with high standards, comfortable, spotless clean and it was nice to have a wardrobe to store your luggage. The bathroom had a great shower and came with fluffy towels!! The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty with many choices. We also had plenty of milk, juice, yoghurts, cereals, tea & coffee in the room. The owner Richard was friendly and easy to communicate with. He is also very knowledgable of the area and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
