Beautiful old buidling which is lovely decorated. Ruth is al very nice lady with an interesting background. Breakfast was delicious. We have been to hundreds of hotels and B&B but The Old Stores is definitely top 3 of all of them.

Location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at the close by Garthmyl Hall. The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff were extra helpful and attentive. The restaurant and bar was great for food and a nice drink. Overall excellent value for money.

We have stayed in numerous holiday rentals over the years, and we were all clear Top House was the best ever. Everything was just so right, enough touches to make it homely without it being cluttered. It had everything we needed. It was warm and cosy and although we heard the boiler clicking in and out, no heating was required. We have taken your details and will be back.

Tina, the host, was always welcoming, in contact continually, and was personable at every opportunity. The information and continual contact made us feel valued as customers at all times. The rooms and all surroundings were tastefully decorated. Every need was catered for, with nothing too much effort from Tina. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and, if ever in the area again, would not hesitate to book again!
