It was a very pleasant stay for our family. It was well located for activities in different parts of Yorkshire. The host was very kind and the breakfast was good. The swimmingpool was enjoyable for both children and adults.

Picturesque Yorkshire Village with The Countyman's Inn as the focal point of village life. The pub looks from the inside like you would expect an old English pub to be , with a few modern vibes ( german beer).The food is good old yorkshire grub , but more modern food is available too. And it's all yummy , especially the breakfast.The rooms are quirky but clean and have everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here , and the service is superb.

The staff were phenomenal, couldn't do enough for you. Shared some very useful information about the area and helped us plan out activities while we were there. The breakfasts were incredibly satisfying and the process or ordering is very easy. You won't come away from the breakfasts hungry! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were heated perfectly.
