A fantastic and lovely large room with plenty of room Facilities wee great fully useable kitchen with kettle cooker fridge freezer microwave and kettle Organised and tidy bathroom and wc An amazing host who has great customer service and communication is clearly and professional A really nice touch was the tea coffee and biscuits provided this may sound strange but I’ve stayed in much posher places and they don’t provide the basics like this and this certainly makes all the difference Value for money is no doubt excellent for what you get here no one locally would be able to compete

Very cozy. Literally on top of shops to get supplies/ snacks and near fast food joints for meals. Next door to a train station for easy travel around London. Very safe and secure measures taken to provide peace of mind. Decor is nice. Lots of room/ storage for if you’re looking for a longer stay.

On the way to London our car broke down. While we were waiting for the AA the flight was cancelled. So I booked the Swan Guest House. We were really calming down in the nice rooms with a friendly host who was helping us a lot. It is not far away from the train station and the bus is going to Heathrow. The beds were very comfy and we slept well.
