Have booked The Horse and Panniers before for a family member to stay in. As before we were able to join our family for breakfast. Lovely place to stay and a great breakfast. We'll be back.

Everything really, but certainly the kindness of the hostess who was so helpful. Uppingham is a great little town and even though the property was on the high street, it was quiet. Everything about the decor of the house was charming and the fresh home made breakfasts were a treat. Do avail yourself of the two course evening meal for only £15 a head.

What a lovely place to stay. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. The room was decorated lovely felt like home from home. The shower was really powerful The food was top notch and woody The pub dog is gorgeous even though he was over amorous at times 😜 and a big thank you to Kev who cooked us a blinding full English 👍

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!
