Bossington Hall is a real hidden little gem and we were lucky enough to find it! Perfect location. Everything was a match, comfortable room with amazing view and nature sounds, delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and yummy croissants, self-catering dinner options and Guy is a very courteous host.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Cottage, thanks in large part to the amazing hosts. They were incredibly kind and friendly. Their attention to detail was impressive — especially at breakfast, which was not only delicious but clearly prepared with care and thoughtfulness. Our room had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the fresh milk and the wide selection of quality teas provided — such a lovely touch that made a big difference. It's clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. We felt very well looked after and genuinely appreciated every little gesture. Highly recommended!

There was so much attention to detail. A welcoming card with our names on it. Cold water and fresh milk for tea. They even cleaned our windshields on the car oon the morning we left! Immediate response to questions and requests. Tyrone and Neil were never in a rush, took their time to explain things to us. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, good strong coffee.

This was a gem of a property!!!!! I would rate it 5 Stars. The room was beautiful, very English country style with the most comfortable bed. The en-suite came with a bath which was a real pleasant surprise. The real treat were the hosts, Andy and Tanya, prior to my stay I had lots of communication with them. I was doing an ultra bike race so I was just going to get there, sleep a few hours and leave in the early hours. Andy and Tanya made me a cook to order breakfast when I arrived at 7.30pm and made me a takeaway ham sandwich with a few treats for my journey onwards, which I really needed as there’s not many shops open where my race route was taking me at that hour in the morning. The next time I return, it will be a more leisurely stay to really enjoy this quintessential Country House.

    Huge room, very quiet location. Amazing bathroom in Heddon room. Exceptional breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the private sauna. Incredible views from the room.

    This charming property was beautifully presented with exceptional attention to detail. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. Neil and Tyrone have put so much thought, love and care into this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The food was delicious. Plenty of choice. Very very comfortable rooms. So clean everywhere. I cannot recommend this place enough. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you guys for your hospitality. We really felt spoilt
