The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food, dinner and breakfast was amazing and varied with many local food options and catered well for Gluten Free guests. The room was clean and spacious with good tea and coffee making facilities and a good selection of biscuits. Lovely beer garden.

Absolutely loved it. Food was excellent, the room beautifully decorated, furnished and so comfortable. Good coffee , biscuits and water in the room. The whole staff were 6 star. Parking was easy, and we will most certainly be back next time over in England

Jane and Neil were excellent hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, nicely decorated. Loved the cabana light pull switch. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend Knoll guest house to visitors of Cromer. Thanks again Neil and Jane.
