The beautiful house, in immaculate condition, is easily found, close to the town centre, and with good parking facilities. The windows and doors are all ‘as new’ and are of high quality. Walking inside you are greeted by a well decorated and furnished hall with rooms off and a stairway. Even the stairs are noteworthy, with a lovely grey stair carpet affixed with bright chromium stair rods and fixings. The dining room was also well furnished and presented. The bedroom was similarly well furnished, nicely decorated, had a superb window, and every facility including USB ports and plenty of electric sockets. The attention of the hostess befitted the quality of the residence.

Breakfast comprises a wide variety of choice depending on your appetite. Also had a couple of meals with family there, again there was no shortage of choice. The room was excellent with views of The Square. The bar had a pleasent friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff were all exemplar from reception through to the cleaning and bar / restaraunt. A very well run hotel.

An excellent stay in a lovely family home, the room was very private but felt part of the home. The hosts very friendly and welcoming, they had thought of everything in the room to make the stay an wonderful experience. They were full of local information, particularly in suggesting a place to eat in the evening. Breakfast was first class. Area and house were very quiet at night, some aircraft nopise from nearby airport but not over whelming.

The Lodge is in a beautiful area near Bournemouth. Behind the owners' house in the garden there is the wooden lodge. It contains a living-room with a furnished kitchen containing anything you need. There were healthy oats and milk and juice in the fridge for breakfast. Furthermore there is the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was nicely decorated and clean of course, even outside the house. But what struck us most was Greg's reception. He explained everything to us in a friendly way. We would have liked to stay for another night, but it was already reserved. So whenever we come here again, we will stay with Greg and his family. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Poole. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — everything looked exactly like the photos. It made getting around so easy. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the fresh linens to the small thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Very clean, fresh, comfortable. A lovely stay. Very close to shops and lots of takeaways too. This place was great, the only thing that would have made it better for me was access to a microwave, but not a criticism, only a suggestion, I would come stay here again regardless!
