The location was perfect ; we nearly stayed in Dorchester itself because we thought there would be more going on etc. We couldn't have more wrong. The location of Dairyman Suite was gorgeous. Dorchester itself was a huge disappointment and what we needed an wanted ( great place to stay and wonderful pub/restaurant with a garden - only five minutes away. The suite is gorgeous - everything and anything you could want. It was amazing for the price ! The owners are lovely - so friendly and anything we needed - but who needed anything more than was had already !?

Hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. The room ensuite was very spacious and squeaky clean, with all the amenities you would expect. Two local pubs within walking distance, we choose The Drax Arms, under new ownership, good pub food and good atmosphere. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and of course we could not resist buying 'very local' honey and marmalade. All highly recommended!

the location. the room was very plain and simple, absolutely charming, with a wonderful Terrasse with views of the sea. the food was great, breakfast, full English, with everything you could possibly want, snack at lunchtime excellent and dinner was always cooked to perfection, whatever we ate. finally, the staff, with no exception were all so pleasant and efficient, and charming. and special thanks to the lady who cleaned the room, every day she replenished our supplies of tea and coffee. we didn’t even have to ask!!! she is a treasure.

Lovely old pub stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and so helpful and friendly. Parking was on site and the pub served great meals.

Trish and Mel are the most welcoming couple. They give you detailed tips on what to do, where to eat, are unbelievably friendly and helpful. There were even some toys for the kids prepared in our room and the breakfast was fantastic. Couldn't wish for more. Room was clean and comfortable and literally 30 seconds to the beach..
