Louise gave us a warm welcome to her beautiful home. The room was an excellent place to stay. Our breakfast was delicious too.

Very homely, the room had lots of extras like blanket and heater but also a ceiling fan. The double bed was cosy. I appreciated the kitchenette which had plenty of supplies, there was a range of drinks, even filter coffee & fresh milk in a little fridge, which I was also able to use for my own food. The bathroom was very clean and in fact everything was super clean and the bathroom had recently had a stand up shower fitted and various complimentary items. It was nice that I didn’t have to share the bathroom . I am definitely booking again for a longer trip.

Great price, good beer selection in the pub, room was excellent. Staff were great and very accommodating. Mini fridge in the room was very useful and stocked full of sparkling and still water which was great as we stayed during summer. Many high end hotels, like the one we stayed at after this stay, had none of the facilities of this hotel while being triple the price. Lots of parking and the car park is immediately outside of the complex, which made it easy to move our luggage into the room.

A very pleasant place with a great location, very clean and super comfortable beds. The room and the entire hotel are decorated in an old-fashioned style, which adds a wonderful atmosphere to the visit 🩷🩵🤍 The owner is a very kind man. Jess and her team were very passionate about providing the best possible experience for their visitors. We were made to feel very welcome. The historic nature of the Laxton village was fascinating and Jess helped us discover the background to unique traditional "Open Field" faming in the area. There was a good selection of options in the provided continental breakfast, and we also enjoyed a tasty dinner in Inn's dining room.
