The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing staff! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with big smiles and were offered a better room than the one we initially booked. And all along our stay, they offered us tea, coffee and food ! They were always available whenever we needed something. Amazing hospitality overall. Besides that, the hotel is well located, not too far from the ski station, has a small parking spot a couple dozen meters in front and the rooms were clean and had good views. They also offer ski rental and other winter activities that we regret not taking advantage of. 10/10 highly recommend. We would've stayed more if possible.

I really enjoyed staying in Panorama during my weekend in Gudauri. Brilliant location with a view, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty food. Despite low reviews on websites, I chose this hotel and it was worth it. It turned out that the hotel is now owned by the new people and it changed everything. I had a late check-in and the member of staff waited and welcomed me. Clean rooms and bathrooms, warmness and comfortable lobby on the ground floor where you can sit and enjoy the view, while reading a book or watching TV. The breakfast was tasty and big: I got everything what I wanted.

With mountain views, White House Gudauri is set in Gudauri and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area.

The hospitality of the host Meri along with her husband and 2 ladies there made my stay lovely, the view from my room was enticing!

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Gudauri, Chalet Papa Basili is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

The Chalet is very nice and very well equipped. We were 5 people and we were all very comfortable. The area where it is located is not exactly in the centre but it is very safe to walk and there are many things to see. Everything is very clean and 100% recommended. The staff were very friendly, especially Beka, who made us feel very welcome. It's definitely a place I would return to.

Very silent, calm, safety modern place - out of busy road. In room is all what you need (super clean and new), take a rest, calm, feel be yourself. Communication with owner is smoothly, fast, friendly helpful with transfer to this place and with honest lovely smile. Also extra services are possible, according communication of owner - transfer/wine.. I would like to stay here more often!:)

Dato, thanks for being so benevolent and kind. The place has a fantastic scenery, comfortable bedding and a small kitchenette. Everything is new and clean. Great place for a short getaway.

Guesthouse is in a very beautiful and remote location, it’s awesome to stay the night in the valley, calm and peaceful. Staff is very helpful, dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentyful. Rooms are simple but cozy and we had everything we needed high in the mountains. Amazing trip!:)
