Staff was so nice and helpful about anything we need. Location was really good close to the center. The building had a very sweet architecture. Rooms are clean and warm. There were dove shampoo and shower gel in the shower, pretty nice also they put toothbrush and toothpaste, most hotels have poor quality products but these were good small details. Breakfast was amazingggg!!! It was like Turkish breakfast and a lady cooked us some bakery like börek and they all were so delicious. While we were waiting for our bus time, they let us leave our luggage in the lobby and said that we could wait inside as it was cold. In general i love the place If i go to tblisi again i would definitely stay there. I don't even mention that the price is very cheap for this services. Specially for that breakfast. Thanks a lot!!!

My stay was unforgettable! The hotel felt very cozy and homey, the staff was really great and friendly with TOP LEVEL hospitality! The place is located right in the heart of Tbilisi with a miraculous view of the city😍 The breakfasts were personally cooked by the owner, which made it feel like home, and they were very delicious and served well! We were absolutely delighted with the guesthouse! The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to them. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus. A huge thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we will definitely return!

I spent a couple of days in this accomodation and I was just delighted! I can say that if we look at quality per price relationship, this hotel was the best one I stayed in. The owner was really nice, and he speaks perfectly russian. He drove me from the airport to the hotel, even tho my flight came late. For breakfast, each day it was different and really variated. I am a big men (1.90m, 100kg) and the breakfast was that big that I couldn't finish it completly. Just 100/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful city.

    This hotel is in a great location, just over the river from the city centre. There is a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with good wifi and plenty of power sockets. It was hot so I appreciated the air conditioning and small refrigerator. It was quiet except for some noisy guests on the last night.
