The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.

A nice quiet spot just on the outskirts of the main town but in walking distance, with beaches nearby and a good supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot. The landlady Rula is an Angel. I have a knee injury which restricted my mobility and Rula just took me wherever I needed to go. A warm and kind person who made it possible for me to enjoy my time in AEGINA town. There was a kettle, fridge and utensils and breakfast snacks and coffee. Everything you need.

Reasonably quiet road seeing it was half a block from the main road. Room nr 2 beautiful sea view, close to all shops and restaurants as well as a small sandy beach. Far enough away from the port for no noise, but within easy walking distance. Very friendly hostess.

Everything was super clean. Lily and her husband gave attention to those little details that make a good staying perfect. There was a full kitchen set and ingredients enough for a breakfast for two for more days than we stayed. Bottled water, clean sheets and towels with extra blankets and ironing set available. We also had access to the roof and there was a big swing with a table and summer chairs. The night sky and the island view from there was amazing. This is a hidden gem 💎

It was PERFECT in every way. Fabulous, easy communication. Wonderful coastal location. Super clean. All the facilities we needed. A vitally important cool, shady pagoda in the garden area. Fabulous restaurants on the doorstep. Really couldn’t have asked for more. 100% perfect for our needs. THANKYOU!
