Great location, new decor and super clean. I had a view from my window that looked beyond the street towards the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and there was air con and a small kitchen. All the amenities were available. The bathroom was new and cleaned daily. I had a lovely balcony. One bonus was that along the corridor leading to the room was an external washing line that was discreet. The owners of the property were incredible: both professional and welcoming. All the staff made sure my stay was very comfortable, and I was even collected and then driven to the local station, Neoi Poroi. All queries prior my stay were answered promptly and with detail. The location was a 5-minute walk from the main centre, a 7-minute walk from the marina and the local beach, and a 2 km walk to the next beach and train station. There is a walking route to Platamonas Castle that is around 3.5 kms from the property and very scenic. If you have a car, there is space to park on the street. Finally, a grocery shop is just a few minutes away.

The host was the most genuine friendly and helpful host we have ever had - and we travel a lot. She helped us plan the perfect trip to Litochoro, mount Olympus and even on the day that we left - tips what to see on our way to Meteora. The house is over 300 years old and has been in their family from the beginning. Everything is restored in a respectful and tasteful way, so it felt like you go back in time. Oh.. and the breakfast! Everything is hand made and local - omelette with free range chicken eggs, homemade jam, homemade cake.. delicious! Oh, and there is a spacious free parking just in front of the house. 🚗

We had an amazing stay at Ktima Faki. The views are amazing - especially the sunrise from bed. Dinner & breakfast are of the highest quality with locally grown ingredients and cooked fresh with much love. The hiking paths start directly next to the property. Spent the best time in this little paradise.
